General Questions

Where is the location of the photography session held?
Your photography session is held in a location of your choice. Our requirements are: a room approximately 14x20' in size with 8' ceilings, no obstructions (posts, pillars, etc.), and electrical outlets for photography equipment.

Where do we pick up portrait specials?
The location that you pick up your portraits should be the same place your photography session took place.

When do we receive our portrait specials?
You receive your portrait specials about 10 to 14 days after your photography session.

How and when should we schedule our photography date?
Your photography date usually takes place about 4 to 6 weeks after your organization starts selling certificates. To schedule your date, call our office or email us at contact@picturefundraising.com.

Can pets be photographed in my portrait special with me?
Yes, we do photograph pets, and they are allowed in the portrait special, given the fact that they are allowed in the building that the photography session takes place. Pets may not be the only subject in the portrait special, though.

I am not able to pick up my portrait special. Can I get someone else to pick it up for me?
No, no one else may pick up your portrait special but you. If you can not make it to your portrait viewing, we will keep your portraits in our office for approximately 30 days.
